Water Supply Update-Kapeeka, Semuto & Bukomero Areas
Dear Valued Customers,
We wish to inform you that a mechanical fault at our intake has led to the shutdown of the treatment plant at Kakoola.
This has temporarily reduced water production capacity, resulting in low water pressure and intermittent supply to the areas of Kapeeka, Semuto, and Bukomero.
Our team of engineers is working around the clock to resolve the fault and restore full water supply as quickly as possible.
We kindly urge you to use the available water sparingly and efficiently during this period.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and continued understanding.
