Mentla Health Nurse reports taking ⬆️ dose of morphine for back pain vs Dr prescribed. You are aware she has access to patient medication and she's not able to answer how she has access to more. What do you do?

Client: my chiro told me not to reach above my head like you said because she has put my lower back back into place and feels that if I stretch up it might come out again

Oh and I often carry out ergonomic consultations for our clients and have seen an increase in this since working from home. Yet im expected to work from my bed/the floor?

So my Occupational Health employer refuses to finance a desk for me to work from home from. Yet here I am receiving comms from head office about how my desk should be desk up. Do you reckon they have one for working from a bed or the floor? @ACPOHE @thecsp

I had a patient repeatedly call me different names in the same phone call. I very politely corrected him each time and asked that of he insisted on using my name to address me he at least make an effort to say it right. He became very offended and told me "its a difficult name!"
