Im just a small mollusk, oval in outline and a broad foot. Well, that's talking simply. I chill on rocky seashores and my close friends call me Polyplacophora.

The foot I was talking about before is really a muscle, on the underside of my shell, which I use to move alone surfaces like the sea floor!

The main things on my menu are mostly algae, phytoplankton, marine moss animals, and bacteria, although some of me like small crustaceans.

I got my name from the big Greeks. Khitōn. My Greek is kinda rusty, but i'm pretty sure it means: mail coat, frock, or tunic.
