Actually, our lack of ability to benefit economically from our oilfields stems from Thatcher selling the rights in the 80s, it has absolutely nothing to do with Labour or the current government.
The 10th anniversary of the Brexit vote is a good time to remember the man who negotiated the biggest act of self-harm in our history, selling out farming & fishing, erecting huge barriers to trade and making everyone worse off, just because he fancied a bash at being PM.
‘Not only an act of epic dishonesty, but it’s also an act of craven sycophancy.'
James O’Brien fires back at Nigel Farage’s claim that he is ‘the most hated politician in the country’.
James O’Brien obliterated Nigel Farage live on air earlier today.
Farage: “I’m the most hated politician in the country”
James: “Not only an act of epic dishonesty, but it’s also an act of craven sycophancy.”
The victim card just got declined in the most brutal way possible.
This is radio gold. Farage’s entire “poor me” routine in flames.
This is so satisfying to watch 😂😂😂👇👇👇👇 #JamesOBrien #NigelFarage #LBC
‘I’m the most attacked politician in Britain across the last ten years’ weeps thunderspiv Nigel Farage who’s clearly never heard of Sir David Ames or Jo Cox
If you’re off to your 9-5 grind today to keep your family in food but you think this man speaks for you… you’re a moron

They haven’t.
At a general election everyone elected their constituency MP and the group with a majority form a government and they can select their prime minister.
It’s how British politics has always worked.
This isn’t America. This isn’t a presidential race.
Happy 10 year anniversary since the Brexit referendum.
Since then, we’ve had 6 Prime Ministers. Brexit has significantly reduced trade with our largest partners, the EU. It has damaged our economy; our GDP by around 4-8%. Business is left with more paperwork and red tape, young people have fewer opportunities, and the conmen who brought it around have either disappeared, or are attempting to play the same games again, just under a different banner.
Brexit has failed. It’s time to Rejoin.
It’s the 10th anniversary of Brexit. Let’s have a look at how that’s going:
1974-2016: 7 prime ministers
2016-2026: 7 prime ministers
I said it then. I’ll say it again.
It’s a shitshow.
Starmer resigning ensures the UK will have had 7 Prime Ministers in 10 years.
Now what could have happened 10 years ago to unleash this wave of political instability and economic uncertainty?

Says the most professional of professional politicians.
Leader of not 1, not 2 but 3 political parities and before that he was a Tory.
Stood 8 times for parliament and served 5 terms in the European Parliament.
Farage is the establishment. Never let him tell you otherwise.
