@MoreBirths Couldn’t it be that taller builders now attract a different demographic and don’t cause its behavior. Many of the same places in cities used to house family’s with many children like South Boston or Charleston in Massachusetts. The same housing is there as 50 years ago.

@MoreBirths If U look at cities like Boston many of the same areas that are urban had much bigger families in the past. About 1/2 the amount of students in their school system as there was in the 70s. Yet same housing. I think it’s just that a different demographic has moved into cities.
