Kaleel Sutton-White is entering the transfer portal he tells me. The Freshman from Canada had an impressive season at Dakota State University!👇
-
Sutton-White played his high-school ball at Iowa United Prep. A nationally touted program on the Nike/Nike EYBL circuit. He played alongside Houston commit Arafan Diane. He was a high level point-guard in a stacked league.
-
Sutton-White played 13 games with more than 10 minutes played where in those games he averaged 7 PPG, 2.4 AST and 3.0 REB. He also contributed 1.1 Steals in those games too. Overall he shot splits this season of 46/42/81. A super efficient guard.
-
Kaleel made the most out of his opportunities this season. Did not complain about minutes but instead stayed ready for the moment. Character speaks for itself with Sutton-White.
-
When it comes to Sutton-Whites game what pops out to me is the quality of a floor general he is. He is super controlled and has a very quick/tight handle. Doesn’t play too fast and transition and does not force up shots. A super unselfish guard who also limits his turnovers well.
-
Sutton-White is also a very good catch and shooter. Has the ability to relocate and shoot off the bounce as well if needed. Has a very nice quick release and gets high off the ground. A very important trait for a small guard.
-
A super high motor player overall. Runs the floor well, and even contributes very well on the glass despite being 5’10. Very active hands as well on defense and makes winning plays on that side.
-
Kaleel Sutton-White is a player that I firmly believe given the right opportunity can shine at the collegiate level.

Trojans fall 80–71 to USD in a tight exhibition matchup. ⚔️
Nathan Ojukwu finished with 27 points, while Kaleel Sutton-White provided a boost off the bench with 10 points on a perfect 4-for-4 shooting night. 🔥

There are still multiple high level prospects left on the board in Canada, one of my personal favourites is Kaleel Sutton-White from @iowaunitedprep.

Another immediate “Rankings Riser” from this weekend’s @3SSBCircuit is Iowa United big man Arafan Diane.
He is now rated as the top center in the rising senior class.
