@WeavingAmbrosia@HannahWardEdu As a public school teacher, I definitely saw parents fail at homeschooling (and send their kids back to school further behind than before) and it was for this reason. They thought it would be simple and effortless. They didn’t put in any work at all
@wife2sirhusband It can be inaccurate, which can lead to extra stress. We opted out in the first trimester. Our baby had a soft marker for DS at our anatomy scan, so we did the genetic testing at that point just so we could be prepared at birth for any medical issues the baby might have.
@libsof8chan@librarythingtim@JoePostingg It’s rare to feel an unborn baby move before 16 weeks. We now know from ultrasounds they are moving much earlier than that. That’s what he meant.
@EditrixLane@uberminch@docskop If there is a dead baby in the uterus, that is a threat to the life of the mother since it can cause sepsis. You don’t have to have an active infection.
