· The #WrightBrothers were #firstinflight in 1903 giving us the last 123 years of flight and airport development around the world.
· @goingplacesCLE was established in 1921 and is one of the oldest airports in the world. CLE was home to the first air traffic control tower in the US, which came into operation in 1929. It was also the first airport to operate the first ground-to-air radio control system, which began in 1939. It was the first airport to implement an airfield lighting system in 1930, and the first airport in the US to have direct rail connections.
· Ohio is home of 8 U.S. Presidents and known as the “Mother of Presidents” as well as 4 Vice Presidents including our current Vice President @JDVance .
