In my work I often see a couple mindsets. Top-down sees the signing of big projects as the start, goal No. 1, figure it all out after. On-the-ground starts with what's specifically needed, building connections that result in big change. I'm glad I work with the second set.

People for years have said Stripe was awful for small guys and bankrupted people. I didn't believe it.
