What about students who are in the area and not at my school? Valid question but IMO you teach them. This is a part of reimagining schools. What lines have been drawn that divide us?

Distance learning in the Spring was emergency learning—no one knew what to do or how to do it, we just did it. If states announced mandatory distance learning for the Fall, we would be 10x more prepared, we’d work to get everyone tech access, & we’d unquestionably be more safe.
