Both 3N and bowcnyp have 3 letters N in their names. Ohm used that to joke (with Prom) on his ig, fooling fans silly into thinking he was talking about nnn (but actually his gf).
This made fans who knew about their relationship felt betrayed & started spreading info on socials.
