I was going to stop TO’ing after covid passed, but there needs to be a complete restructuring of the space.

There’s so much work that needs to be put in to make it safe(r) for everyone. I don’t want this to remain cyclical.

as far as I'm aware, our local community was never impacted by anything like this. but that's not because of anything I ever did as a TO to safeguard vulnerable members. we've just been lucky. I'm really thinking hard about what preventative changes we should implement
