Wisconsin’s voter database for the 2020 election:

It listed a staggering 7.1 million registrants, even though the state had only about 4 million eligible adults.

And it gets worse: of those 4 million adults in Wisconsin, not all are registered, and not all vote. The actual number is closer to 3.6–3.7 million.
How can there be 7.1 million registered when you only have 4 million eligible adults?
