@MonicaMarchand5 @HoleMarcia The UCP quietly passed a Public Sector Employee Act a few years ago that allows them to set the parameters for collective bargaining with the public sector. EPSB is literally bound by law to not offer more than the Govt has mandated (less than 2% raise/year).

@JasonGregor The contrast in emotions during the Stanley cup game is something to behold. You can almost feel Mcdavid’s pain in defeat oozing out of the screen. Tough to watch , but I do believe the most deserving team ultimately won.
