This is not even real… a group of retired admirals, ex-USAID bureaucrats and professional protest organizers got caught on their own recordings working out the conditions under which they get to declare the government of the United States illegitimate, and somehow we are supposed to believe they are the ones protecting democracy.

Here is what @DataRepublican put out in Part 2 of the Democracy Files. The videos come from a group called Renew to Thrive, with Danielle Reiff and Paul Zeitz in key roles, and it sits inside a much bigger umbrella called the United Democracy Alliance, which she describes as the hush-hush control room for groups like 50501 and Indivisible, deciding when protests get deployed, the timelines and how to respond. National Security Leaders for America, 1,600 former military, intelligence and diplomatic officials led by retired Rear Admiral Michael E. Smith, is credited with operationalizing the whole thing. On tape they lay out a list of "redlines," and invoking the Insurrection Act against "peaceful" protesters is one of the most discussed… and as she lays it out, they shopped the idea around to governors who don't even have to sign anything, all a governor has to do is refuse federal troops and let the network do the rest.

Make no mistake about who Mike Smith is. His own organization's bio says he founded and led National Security Leaders for Biden, more than 1,100 members with an endorsement letter signed by 780 of them, and now he runs a "non partisan" group that just cares so deeply about the oath. But hey… I am sure it is totally nonpartisan this time.

And the very same morning the Washington Post runs a story about a small group of current and former Defense Department officials quietly advising governors, election officials and lawmakers in 10 states on how to prepare for the Trump administration "interfering" in the midterms, rehearsing what to do if a federal agent asks for access to ballots or machines. Different names, same message… the elected federal government is the threat, and the people who run the elections are the ones who need protecting from it.

Let me put it to you like this. They are building the excuse before the event even happens. They coordinate the protests, they decide in advance which government response crosses their line, and then they hold that response up as proof the whole government is illegitimate and the governors should take over. How exactly is that defending the Constitution? If a room full of retired conservative officers got caught on tape role playing how to declare a Democrat president illegitimate, the FBI would be knocking on doors before the coffee got cold and every network in the country would run it wall to wall.

I am angry about this, and I think most of you are not angry enough. These people swore an oath to the Constitution, not to a party, and they are treating the legitimacy of an elected government like a privilege they get to revoke the minute the voters pick somebody they don't like. As DataRepublican puts it, almost any effective pushback against their NGOs counts as illegitimate in their book. Where is the outrage from the people who spent five years lecturing you about threats to democracy?

Admiral Smith, Ms. Reiff, Dr. Zeitz… release every recording in full and explain to the American people, under oath, exactly what you were planning for the day after.

The first project, HATEDEMICS, analyzed over 10 million messages across 1,000 chats and 600 channels.

Its platform lets operators examine:

• Which user posted it.
• How many views it received.
• Whether the system flags it as hateful or worth fact-checking.
• Which channels recommend each other.

That last detail matters: the platform maps the networks through which information travels.

The next project, ECLIPSE, takes the work into personalized persuasion.

The foundation coordinating both projects says the counter-messaging will involve:

The stated goal is to tailor the response to the person receiving it.

Who is involved?

Law enforcement, NGOs, researchers, and policymakers.

Who is paying?

The European Union: €2,999,980, with the project running through August 2028.

The EU’s own description calls for standardizing data collection and countermeasures, developing tools to generate counter-narratives, and producing recommendations for national and European policymakers.

Pilots are planned across Belgium, Germany/Austria, Italy, the UK, Spain, and Türkiye—with ambitions to expand beyond Europe.

This is the monitoring and persuasion infrastructure being developed under the banner of fighting “disinformation.”

URGENT; Many people don’t know the difference between vote fraud and election fraud. In a word, the issue is SCALE. Altering votes is a crime but it may not directly change the outcome of an election. Election fraud absolutely changes the outcome of an election - that is the purpose. Here’s basically how they do it:

BEFORE the election:
1) It starts with a census that counts illegals present in the country. States with illegal populations get more seats in Congress than they’re legally entitled to have because those seats are based on an illegal population & not American citizens. (Constitutional violation)

2) GHOST VOTERS: Voter rolls are filled with dead people, non-citizens, people who’ve moved - all that is true. The voter rolls are completely corrupt. But there is something FAR MORE SINISTER on these rolls and it is this: ghost voters. This occurs in two ways: one is where a there are multiple voters with the same registration number & this is known as duplicate voters. But far more damaging is where a single voter has multiple voter registration numbers assigned to their name. Why is that worse than duplicate voters? Again because of scale. One voter can have 5 or 10 or 20 or 30 voter ID numbers assigned to their name and these voters are all phantoms. They do not exist but they all vote. How? By machine.

And here is the WORST part: when they say voter rolls have been purged/removed they do not mean actually REMOVED. The truth is they just check a box that SAYS purged/removed. So guess what that means? Anyone with access can remove the check from that box & bring those voters right back. So they are like zombies who never actually die. This means every single voter roll we have can have every single purged voter restored with an algorithm that covers its tracks so no one can see it or knows it is there. Not that it matters if you never have access to the servers to look for these things. And since most people do not speak code, they are clueless anyway.

I learned this from Dr Andrew Paquette who is a mathematical genius & he does speak code. He told me it took him TWO YEARS to break that algorithm. That is how difficult this is to detect.

3) Mail in ballots. So many ways to cheat: Mailed to non-citizens, multiple ballots mailed to the same address (so one address can receive 50 mail-in ballots or more), fraudulently filled out by paid operatives, mailed after the steal to compensate for unexpected same day voting results etc.

4) **THIS IS THE ONE YOU MAY NOT BE AWARE OF BUT SO IMPORTANT: They front load voting machines with algorithms to flip votes based on voting data collected in advance. That’s why the voting machine companies so “kindly” go around doing software updates in the counties & states where the fix is in. They use the data from early voting, mail-in ballots, past elections etc and estimate what the turnout will be and how much they need to chest. Then they write that into an algorithm built into the software that is designed to be completely undetectable and then they insert it into the machines BEFORE the polls open. So the SOFTWARE IS RIGGED IN ADVANCE.

5) HARDWARE in the machines. Also rigged in advance. in spite of what election officials and voting machine companies say, the machines are often manufactured in China & fitted with backdoors. They may say Taiwan but they come first from China and then go to Taiwan. And in addition to any malware/back doors the Chinese have the opportunity to fit inside them, they have multiple different ways to connects to the internet if needed/desired. Modems are just one way and there are plenty of those in many machines, across all the voting machine companies.

In the latest iteration of “reporter beats a dead horse,” I’ve heard from a Pro Publica “reporter” who is finishing up a "hit job" story on Cleta Mitchell and her work to restore election integrity. After several questions clearly trying to get me to affirm his story line that Cleta has become an extremist, I hung up on him. He then followed up by email with questions that made clear his distortion of facts and manifest bias. There is a reason these leftists like Pro Publica, Marc Elias, and The Lincoln Project obsess about @cletamitchell. She’s the best in the business, and she has built a formidable grassroots movement that not only cares about the issue of election integrity but changes laws and policies for the better.

She won’t say it herself, so I will. Despite facing harassment from the news media, fundraising millions of dollars to save our elections, and building a movement, she has never taken a salary or compensation from the election integrity organizations she started. She always says it is not about her, and she means it in a way few do.

But let’s be clear about what is going on here. This onslaught of news stories is designed to intimidate everyone who cares about the Constitution and the fundamental requirement of consent of the governed, espoused in our Declaration of Independence, into being afraid to take action to secure our elections. Don’t fall for it. We need to redouble our efforts, because those who seek to weaken our election systems are just getting started and will attack anyone who they deem to be effective in fighting back.” Cleta is just such a person; indeed, one of the preeminent people on the front lines. As an old professor of mine (a World War II vet) once told me, if you're not catching incoming flak, you're not over the target. Cleta is directly over the target, so expect a lot of incoming flak from this forthcoming article.
