@HighChiefOkoro Certificate forgery or age discrepancies are pre election issues which by the amended Electoral Act should be raised at the regular courts prior to the election. The Electoral Act now concerns itself with issues arising from the election, which is the result of the counted votes.

@sanjsokutepa The issue of presentation of forged certificate is a pre-election matter as enshrined in the 1999 constitution (as amended). On the other hand, election perition is a post-election matter as provided in the Electoral Act 2026 (as amended).
