@Steve_Sailer I moved from Texas to Ukrainian Village in 1992, ten years later. It was quite a time in the city. I think 1994 was the peak for murders in the city, 1997 was the Girl X murder. I thought it was bad then but it was just really limited to the black areas.

@ChiefEngineerCE I have been reading books on 'Elite Theory' and it really seems to be explanatory for this and these types of situations. (James Burnham/Samuel Francis). They don't want to understand the constituents...not really their job. Their job is to protect the interest of their elites.
