दस्तूर का आर्टिकल 30 हर अक़ल्लियती बिरादरी को अपने तालीमी इदारे क़ायम करने और चलाने का हक़ देता है। ये बेहद शर्मनाक है कि एक दस्तूरी ओहदे पर बैठा शख़्स ऐसी ज़हरीली ज़बान इस्तेमाल करे।

मगर जब कुर्सियाँ कम हों, तो स्टूल वालों को अपनी सियासी अहमियत बनाए रखने के लिए ज़हर उगलना ही पड़ता है।
