@GeraintChazey@MingNoMerci@LovelyStuffFC@PolitlcsUK Surely this is the first time?…
Reduce Cash ISA -> tax cash in stocks -> what’s next is obvious.
Can’t imagine what the next policy will be if the economy experiences another external shock. Tax again?
You cannot tax those who already lose in the market.
@TypeForVictory Just saw too many people treat stock investing the same as all-in on stocks.
How many families would be destroyed if they didn't know money management and fully allocated to stocks in the event of 2008?
@MattWalls99@MingNoMerci@PolitlcsUK In stock investment, money management is a topic. At 22%, the policy could affect many people who don't understand money management if we experience another 2008.
A wise investor like Buffett has a large sum of cash in his investment portfolio for risk management.
@MattWalls99@MingNoMerci@PolitlcsUK The key is that people are penalised by savings from taxed income and then taxed again.
This is madness if you think through the tax process from income to groceries to savings.
Tax the taxed income by having umbrella savings. (Cash & Stock)

@RupertLowe10 As a migrant who has created several tech businesses in the UK, I 100% agree with all points in the video. This is needed right now. Hope the best for Britain.
@Weldy43 Why spin the discussion from inefficiency to WFH. If everyone tracked with KPI or what has been done, who cares WFH or not.
An employee can work from moon if he/she can finish the task on time. The problem is no one care what to be done with
@AvonandsomerRob Tracking hours is stupidity. Public sector should adopt KPI based measures that drives productivity while making sure employees can do it their own way.
Purely tracking hours is the most useless thing for knowledge workers
@ujjwalscript The thing is, no need for comparison. If a senior can talk to agent and even with security holes. Senior can find it, fix it. And it’s much faster
@ThePrimeagen It’s not jail time when it’s a just a good developer who knows how to use Tailwind.
It will certainly destroy some businesses but who adapt wins. If society is still lag behind, we won’t evolve.
@dogfailmale This is real and true. But I literally cut off the TV cable from the wall and I don’t watch TV. So every time they just come & see the disconnected cable and go away.
