@NHSDigital A #usability quirk on the booster jab booking site. The phone number fields are both "optional" but if you enter a phone number then the confirmation field becomes required. Ideally the "optional" label in the confirmation field would then disappear.

@NHSDigital, not sure who to send this to but when these texts come through there's one word that everyone is desperately looking for. Is it an option to make positive/negative in uppercase? It gets somewhat lost in the text at the moment. Just an idea. Thanks!

@Quotemehappy Thanks for a renewal price that was actually lower than last year's price. Usually renewal prices are higher and you have to phone up to negotiate a lower price. Great service!
