For someone to see a person in Lukwagoโs shape, explaining such sicknesses on camera and pleading for treatment, and still not be touched or moved to respond like a normal human being โฆ Not only Lukwago, but many others. Mothers, wives, children, husbands crying for their loved onesโฆ It is clear that some of the people in relevant positions of authority could actually be suffering mental health issues. The problem seems bigger, and canโt be solved by pleading to them.
We are dealing with people with apparent Sadistic Personality Disorder (SPD), to whom no appeal to empathy can work. When you cry or mourn, you are increasing their joy. The bigger danger is that no one is safe from a person with such a disorder. Theyโll always create a reason to harm someone in order to get some satisfaction. It can be anyone else tomorrow. There is actually a lot of literature to show that many dictators in history were suffering from mental disorders, and society had to pay.

I hope @ntvuganda opens again. That does not take away the fact that they have been VERY BIASED against @GovUganda, and in recent times, they ran several sarcastic pieces insulting the person of the CDF. Freedom of press is a fundamental right. However, it must be regulated according to Article 43 of the constitution when it posses a danger to the public good.
