Welcome to the family.
There are some settings you need to set the ODU before it works better for you.
For the network, always choose 5G NSA.
Then go to device and band lock it to the strongest and closest mast in your area. Choose Band 1 and Band 3 consecutively.
This lady is calling out these brands of drinks on TikTok. This is why there's a high rise in kidney diseases. Pls be careful what you give your kids and what you also consume. I am glad she didn't hide the names of these products.
Dear @officialABAT,
I have served at NAFDAC for nearly a decade and dedicated years of my career to the fight against counterfeit and substandard medicines and unsafe food products.
My work in this area earned me the NAFDAC Director-General’s Merit Award in recognition of my contribution to the fight against fake food and drugs.
Mr. President, I am not asking for a favour. I am offering competence, experience and a proven commitment to the national interest.
Make me the Director-General of NAFDAC, give me the mandate and the institutional backing, and I will take the fight against counterfeit medicines and unsafe foods to an entirely different level.
Within the first six months, I will target a minimum 60% reduction in the circulation of counterfeit and substandard medicines and unsafe regulated products, with the ultimate objective of driving the menace to the barest minimum within one year.
Nigeria does not lack capable professionals. Sometimes, what is needed is simply the courage to put the right person in the right place.
Give me the mandate. Give me the tools. I will deliver.
Nigeria deserves a stronger, more effective war against fake drugs and unsafe foods.

"My wife started having frequent headaches a few months after she quit Coca-Cola for fresh orange juice. She sent a fresh batch of the orange juice to the lab for testing and the results revealed that the oranges were not fit for human consumption because of the dangerous chemicals the farmers had used to ripen and preserve them" — Former vice-president Yemi Osinbajo
When I moved from Abule Egba to an estate in Ikeja, one of my foremost intentions was to network, either within my environment or at the gym.
My former rent in Abule Egba was around ₦700,000 for a three-bedroom apartment in 2021. I moved to where I am now, paying about ₦5 million for a two-bedroom apartment.
I knew I was going to have to step up financially, but I also knew I would meet new people, individuals who could give me referrals, introduce me to opportunities, or even give me gigs.
I usually sits on my estate street every evening to enjoy the fresh breeze. One day, a young man, obviously in his 30s, honked at me and asked if I works out because he liked my physique.
Since then, whenever he was in the country, he wanted us to go to the gym together. He would even come to my house and feel completely at home while we play Nintendo Wii video games together.
About two years ago, he started having issues with the clearing agent who handled his containers whenever he imported goods from Australia. He told me about it, and I told him I had a friend I could vouch for based on his track record.
He said, "Seun, let's get the work started."
I immediately connected both of them.
My friend later cleared 10 containers for him, containing 26 cars.
They became business partners and continued working directly with each other on subsequent shipments.
Then, last year, my car's brain box was stolen.
Then on a Saturday evening, my friend who was the agent drove to my house with a Lexus RX350 2010. The car had no number plate yet thinking it was one of those cars he cleared for his client.
When I came outside, I started asking how much the car would cost because I had always been an imaginative fan of SUVs.
He smiled and surrendered the keys to me.
It feels like a Nollywood scene.
He told me he had brought the car for me.
He even transferred another ₦1 million to my account.
I asked him what I had done to deserve such a gesture.
He told me I had done a whole lot for him. The client I had connected him with had become a major business partner, and through their business relationship, he had made millions of naira and even acquired an additional house worth about ₦150 million.
I didn't invest money in his business.
I didn't give him a contract.
I simply connected two people who needed each other.
Even if all you can afford is a modest self-contained apartment in a decent, highbrow area, go for it if it gives you access to better opportunities and a better network.
Position yourself where you can grow, build genuine relationships, add value, and become useful.
HOSPITALS WILL NEVER TELL YOU THIS, I WILL!

A woman has just given birth.
Everybody is happy. Then suddenly, she starts bleeding.
This is postpartum haemorrhage, and when it happens, no one has time to ask where the drug, tranexamic acid or TXA is.
That drug, Tranexamic acid can help reduce deaths from bleeding when it is given early after PPH starts.
So if a facility is providing emergency obstetric care, TXA should not be something they start looking for when the emergency has started.
It should be there.
As a man, if your wife is preparing to give birth, ask if the facility has TXA available. Same thing if you’re pregnant and preparing for delivery.
Ask questions. Know what is available.
Prepare before the emergency comes.
RT so that expectant mothers and fathers can see this very important message.

Look at the back of your tongue in a mirror.
Go on.
I will wait.
That white coating. That is where most bad breath is actually made — not the teeth, not the gum. The back third of your tongue, and your toothbrush has never once been there.
It is bacteria sitting in the grooves, and what they produce is sulphur. Same smell as rotten egg, same chemistry.
A tongue scraper costs almost nothing. A spoon turned upside down works.
Back to front. Three times. Rinse it between.
Do it now before you eat anything.
Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, reveals how Abacha told people that him, MKO Abiola and Shehu Yara'dua won't come out of detention alive.
Shehu Yar'Adua was injected with a virus while MKO Abiola was poisoned.
So they tried to inject Obj with a virus but their plan failed.
A military doctor approached Obasanjo under the guise of taking his blood for a test.
But Obasanjo refused his blood to be taken.
He insisted on using another doctor he trusted. The doctor took his blood and gave to the military doctor.
However, the result never returned till today.
The scariest heart attack is the one you did not feel coming.
No chest pain.
No arm tingling.
No dramatic collapse in a meeting room.
No clutching of the chest like in the movies.
Just fatigue you blamed on work. Breathlessness you blamed on weight.
A tightness across your chest you called stress.
A jaw ache you thought was from grinding your teeth at night.
Swollen ankles you thought were from standing too long.
None of it felt like a heart problem.
All of it was.
50% of heart attacks have no prior symptoms.
Your first symptom might be the event itself.
Not a warning.
Not a rehearsal. The event.
And some people do not survive their first event.
But the heart did not just wake up one morning and decide to fail.
It had been asking for help for years.
You just did not know what the asking sounded like.
Your cholesterol was climbing. Not the number your doctor glances at, the ratio.
LDL to HDL. Triglycerides to HDL.
Those ratios were changing while your total cholesterol looked “borderline” and nobody panicked.
Your blood pressure was sitting at 140/90.
Not high enough for alarm.
High enough for damage.
Every single day, that pressure was pushing against the walls of your arteries. Weakening them. Creating micro-tears that your body patched with cholesterol. And the patches built up. Layer by layer. Year by year.
That is how a blockage forms. Not overnight. Not from one meal. From a decade of a plate that fed the process.
Bread every morning, spiking insulin and driving inflammation.
Seed oil in every pot, oxidising inside your arteries.
Sugar in your tea, your malt, your juice, feeding the triglycerides that coat your arterial walls.
Late-night eating, giving your body no window to repair.
Zero vegetables, meaning no antioxidants, no potassium, no magnesium to protect the very system that keeps you alive.
The heart was never silent. It was screaming through numbers you never checked, symptoms you renamed, and a plate you never questioned.
Heart disease is the number one killer on earth. Not cancer. Not malaria. Not accidents. Heart disease. And it is one of the most preventable because it lives on the plate longer than it lives in the chest.
Get a fasting lipid panel.
Check your ratios, not just your total.
Check your fasting insulin.
Check your blood pressure regularly.
And then look at your plate.
Because by the time the heart stops being polite about it, the conversation is over.
If this spoke to you and you are ready for a well-structured meal plan that supports your heart and overall health, send a WhatsApp message to +2349118909688 to get yours.
Your child is fine today, running around and scattering the house. Tomorrow, their body is hot.
And even when they recover, two weeks later, another issue.
Before you blame the weather, if your child is a picky eater, chances are their body is missing out on very important nutrients from fruits and vegetables. You need to actively fill that gap so that cough and catarrh won't catch that child every two market days.
Give them proper meals, and back it up with @Basicsupplng Immunboost Kids Multivitamin Gummies to boost their immune system. It’s a simple way to keep their immunity sharp
Fatty liver is now affecting 1 in 3 adults.
It destroys your metabolism, becomes diabetes, and increases your risk of heart disease.
Here’s how to fix it:
1. Eat all the sweet potatoes you can.
