@Twilite_7 @YayaOseni @ishaqsamaila5 I’m referring to living wage… I’m not excusing Engr Farouk, greed or corruption in the civil service. I’m just saying most civil servants are earning below living wage, hence the wide spread corruption. So you can’t stop it unless you address the wage problem.
