Is GDPR the greatest example of European, though well intentioned, over reach? Public institutions and large companies spend months reviewing contracts to understand its implications. Health records stay siloed. Is it a now a de facto excuse to do nothing?
@WHOOP customer service is horrendous. Ordered and paid for a replacement battery pack on Sep 4th, guided 3-5 days shipping time but still hasn’t processed my order. Support is just a parrot with no action. They promised a replacement sensor in April, no where to be seen.
@davidmcw Read the article and agree with the sentiments 💯. We’re far too centralised. Central departments and quangos operate on 5 year plans and what the world should look like not what it is. Local authorities have little power and pass the buck to central government. Handout culture.
@davidmcw The old “not in keeping with architectural character” is such a blanket objection measure. The oldest housing is in established suburbs or city areas, if it doesn’t change how do you keep pace with population change?
@goapplegreen when are you going to add more electric chargers to the M1 Apple Green at Lusk? There are only 2 charging points for the whole place, and the wait times are horrendous!
@AerLingus I'm honestly shocked. After nearly five months of assessing claims for your cancellation, where we had to book accommodation at the height of summer, do you think €180 is sufficient for two rooms in Paris in July?
@realBobbyHealy Someone here has already said it, but it’s a planning prevention system. One objector is holding up the LDA development in Dundrum. The objector knows it’ll get clogged in ABP. It’s a disease that keeps spreading. Maybe have a min level of support before objection is accepted?
