Designing for mobile AI tools (like automated body scanners or photo-to-data generators) requires extreme transparency.

If the system takes 10 seconds to compute data, don't just show a generic loading spinner. Show a dynamic progress indicator detailing what the AI is scanning.

Transparency builds user patience.
