I am thankful to see that Nigeria’s House of Representatives passed this important policy that I’ve been calling for since @POTUS first asked me to investigate the genocide against Christians in Nigeria.

In fact, I raised this idea directly with Nigeria’s First Lady during her visit to Washington and have done so repeatedly with every Nigerian delegation I’ve met with.

Ensuring states can protect their own citizens is a critical step toward ending the persecution of Christians and the overall instability in the Nigeria.

President Tinubu deserves credit for supporting this legislation and urging its passage through Nigeria’s parliament, and I hope to see him continue pushing on this issue.

There’s still a ways to go before state level police forces will be in place, but this is a sign that all our hard work is paying off.

Immigration of different countries will continue to initiate stiffer enforcement measures against foreign citizens if we continue running content with every loopholes in the system to gain access..

What a one month Chigozie Rosemary Nwankwo has had!

First senior appearance for Nigeria, running the lead leg to help her country qualify for the 2027 World Championship in the China.

She has now won her first GOLD medal for Nigeria, running the first leg yet again.

Next week, she returns to school in Abuja to continue her SS2 class.

The Government should indeed look into the issue of primary education in Nigeria

Over 55% of primary education in Nigeria is now delivered through private schools rather than public schools run by the government.

The textbooks they use are not transferable to younger siblings.

These private schools now customize their textbooks in such a way that exercises are done directly in them instead of separate workbooks.
This is a form of exploitation, and it is an area the government should look into.
