When we came into office, we made a promise to Nigerians that food security would be a major pillar of our Renewed Hope agenda.
We promised to support our farmers, strengthen local production, reduce dependence on imports, and build an agricultural system strong enough to withstand shocks from beyond our borders.
That promise is being kept.

J’ai une reconnaissance infinie pour toutes celles et tous ceux qui ont œuvré dans ces heures, et tout au long de ce chemin jusqu’au rassemblement du jour. Et un espoir tout aussi grand pour notre avenir et ce qui nous reste à accomplir.
Il y a neuf ans, rien n’était écrit.
Tant est encore à écrire ensemble.

@UNDP This is very good. It's amazing how I saw an 8 year old boy in my community last week around 6:00 while I was doing a brisk-walking , the innocent boy was a waste picker. I'd wanted to help him out of that situation because I feel and know he's too young for that but......
@UNDP I have a foundation whose one of the vision is about this and I'm glad to announce that we would make this a reality no matter the tribe, tongue or religion especially in Africa
