@CTRailCommuters@MTA@GovNedLamont@rosadelauro@CTRailCouncil@connpost Harlem 125 last Thursday to New Haven. Today I am on the 5:56 pm and had to walk to another door - people with luggage standing and blocking people from entering. This craziness is all of the time. The app is never accurate!!
@CTRailCommuters@MTA@GovNedLamont@rosadelauro@CTRailCouncil This should have been rolled out with the peak fares!!! I ride everyday - someone from MTA should try riding the evening NH line every evening! It’s not one train it’s not one day!! If it’s a holiday travelers with luggage are in the aisles-conductors can’t get through #notsafe
@CTRailCommuters@MTA@MetroNorth@rosadelauro what can you do to help the commuters? Metro North talks the talk but won’t back it up or walk the walk. Please review Masking issues on the trains from New Haven lines!
The MTA wants to hear from YOU! 📝

@jsinijr@CTRailCommuters@MetroNorth In darker days people sat 1 to a seat, every other seat - with the need for people to work there are more people-people are sitting 2 to a seat even on narrow side & standing. I’m not telling people how to do their job but asking to do it. It’s a federal mandate #CovidIsNotOver
@jsinijr@CTRailCommuters@MetroNorth When passengers feel the conductors don’t wear appropriately, don’t enforce or walk through once maybe twice during 1.5 hours on a train then they pull it off/down. I see people who put them up when the conductor comes & down before/after. There needs to a consistent expectation.
@jsinijr@CTRailCommuters@MetroNorth I also worked throughout COVID. I respect your words & appreciate those who do make the effort, wear their masks, & do not want a train delay either. BUT this isn’t representative everyone. The conductors in my pictures punched tickets without asking. Another solution is needed.
