The NYC grocery store thing is just crazy, it really is a brush with communism. If you sell 30% below market rates by subsidizing with tax revenues - you will make it impossible for existing stores to compete. Grocery stores operate at razor thin margins. The logic is to drive them out - it’s like a predatory pricing scheme to gain a monopoly. The end goal has to be to put the mayor of NYC in charge of the food supply. That cannot end well.

How could anyone watch The Terminator and believe people would actually sit by and let Skynet take over the world?

I mean, can you imagine people just watching as we launched thousands of satellites into orbit, many of them stuffed with advanced AI computers and serious computing power right on board?

And nobody blinked while companies started cranking out humanoid robots that can walk around, pick things up, and basically move like they’re auditioning for the next movie?

Meanwhile companies are building autonomous drones with weapons that can loiter for hours, spot targets on their own, and then we just decide to let them strike without human approval?

Oh, and let’s not forget building AI systems that can write code, plan operations, analyze massive amounts of data, we not only throw more and more compute at them, but strain our energy grid to build them more data centers.

And then supposedly nobody notices while we connect literally everything: cars, homes, factories, power grids, hospitals, even our pets, to networks that these AIs are monitoring, optimizing, or straight-up controlling.

We are supposed to believe that we all just sat by while cameras were installed everywhere, surveilling everybody, tracking our movements. That people voluntarily carried around even more tracking devices. We even installed internet connected cameras on our own homes.

And everybody just thinks it's find and normal for militaries everywhere to happily integrate AI deeper into targeting, command systems, logistics, and actual weapons platforms because “it’s more efficient.”

At no point does anyone get concerned all these pieces might eventually talk to each other and decide humans are the inefficient part of the equation.

And nobody batted an eye the entire time?

Ridiculous. Who writes these things?

HOW THEY ENGINEERED THE FAKE PANDEMIC

1. China released staged footage of people “dropping dead” in the streets; scenes never witnessed anywhere else in the world before or after December 2019.

2. A PCR test was rolled out that could not determine whether someone was actually sick. The vast majority of results were false positives.

3. The claim of asymptomatic transmission was heavily promoted to justify restrictions on healthy people and to force mass testing on the entire population; which led to tens of millions of false positive test results.

4. Tech companies and media outlets were mobilized to censor dissent and rebrand inconvenient truths as “misinformation.”

5. Behavioral psychologists were brought in to design fear-based messaging specifically intended to secure public compliance.

6. To keep the illusion of a deadly pandemic alive, they required excess mortality data.

7. Ordinary mild respiratory symptoms alone could not produce those numbers, so the population was subjected to sustained psychological pressure capable of triggering mass psychogenic illness.

8. Relentless fear messaging kept cortisol levels chronically elevated, weakening immune function, particularly among the elderly.

9. Social isolation, delayed medical care, and lockdown policies then generated the excess deaths needed to prop up the narrative.

10. Cloth and surgical masks were suddenly declared effective, something no serious public-health authority had previously recommended for ordinary respiratory pathogens, turning every face into a walking advertisement for fear.

11. People were conditioned to remain isolated “until the vaccine was ready,” buying authorities additional time to expand control.

12. Billions were injected with an experimental product that was claimed to stop both infection and transmission.

13. When those claims collapsed, the goalposts were moved: “Your shot won’t work unless the unvaccinated also take it.”

14. New “variants” were announced every few months to justify an endless series of booster campaigns.

15. A new condition - “long COVID” - was introduced to reframe mounting vaccine side effects.

16. Pharmaceutical companies recorded unprecedented profits, shielded by government contracts and complete legal immunity.

17. Anyone who raised objections was silenced, deplatformed, investigated, or publicly discredited.

18. Once the story became too strained to maintain, the pandemic was abruptly declared over, and the entire episode was treated as if it had never happened.

If society decides that some tenants cannot afford market rents, the solution is not to force private landlords to become the government’s welfare agency.

If government believes housing should be subsidized, then government should subsidize the tenant directly, or build more affordable housing itself. The cost should be borne by taxpayers through the democratic process, not imposed on a single class of property owners.

When the government compels landlords to provide housing below economically sustainable levels while property taxes, insurance, labor, utilities, maintenance, and financing costs continue to rise, it shifts a public obligation onto private citizens. In substance, that’s an appropriation of private property for a public purpose without fairly distributing the cost.

At a minimum, rent stabilization should be means-tested. A wealthy professional earning hundreds of thousands of dollars should not receive the same government-created housing benefit as a struggling senior or low-income family. Public benefits should be based on financial need, not simply on possessing a regulated lease.

Affordable housing is a legitimate public policy goal. But public policy should be funded by the public, not by requiring one group of private property owners to shoulder the burden alone.
