@AlishaGrauso@delia_p I always have one that says “I’ll be sure to circle back”. That is code for I will do it on MY schedule, which is more than likely never!
@dubblecounter It’s not about the accent it’s just HOW we all pronounce them that’s funny. We all seem to put the emphasis on different parts of the drug name. Just funny to me...
@TerZenTer @unmutedpharm6 some of my best customers were mean as snakes and I “nicely” called them on their crap. Once I did it was like they respected me more and we “understood” each other. ? ????
@unmutedpharm6 Never another problem out of him for probably over 5 years. You’ve got to stand up to them (gently/nicely) or they will just keep pushing!!!
@unmutedpharm6 A customer once threw an empty Rx bottle at me DEMANDING I fill it. After I stared at it on the floor for about 15 seconds I picked it back up and gently tossed it back. I said I’d be happy to fill it if he would be so kind as to HAND it to me. He did.
@spudrph@RxGurl1 Yes your honor I know she was the model employee in every other way. But her attitude was not absolutely impeccable from 8 am in the morning until 9 pm at night!!! *gavel sounds* Finding of wrongful termination.... $10 million to the plaintiff
@johngramlich I’m pretty sure they say that to a “researcher” because theyre afraid they’ll get whacked if they say otherwise and are actually talking to the KGB.
@Sarah_Mojarad @SciencePharmer @drbrignall @ConnPharmIntern YES it is problematic!! She doesn’t wipe any of the vial tips or the bag with alcohol or antiseptic, doesn’t use a sterile “hood” environment, and several other issues as well......
@PharmaBlue I’m surprised most last any length of time any more. For the same pay there are MANY less stressful choices. Hopefully the ones that stay are doing it out of their desire to make a difference in their patients’ health.
@Pharmdawg3 We’re asked to do company meetings, CPR recert, and other things unpaid so why not just add this to the list since we are salaried and none of our off days are really ours.
@HappyFamMed Yep, prometh syrup, generic Adderall tabs, Voltaren gel, some oxycodone products, Retin A, all of the “sartan” BP meds, dicyclomine 20mg (not the 10??), and the list goes on and on. IT’S FRUSTRATING!!
@TehAngryAnalyst@Cajun_Nette @HappyFamMed True but as expressed in MANY responses to this tweet there are many meds (yes, opioids are frequently on true backorder) not on the FDA’s list and there are MANY reasons for this. I do hate it that some pharmacists use it as an “excuse”!!
