@Doctrine_Man Hard to run an Abrams with a 3-man crew like the Ukrainians are most of the time. I think this more speaks to the inability to have a 3-man crew in a drone environment. Make air guard great again?

@medium_tony Or we eliminate OERs and PCS moves every 3-5 years and implement a regiment system. Family stability and senior leaders are now required to actually mentor and train rather than passing off bad apples with stair step OERs.

I understand it may need to have slight updates over the years but I really hope they stick with this for a long time.
