Refund has not been processed yet and I received an SMS saying there was an error in refund processing.

Hi @WhirlpoolIndia, still no response to my previous complaint about my new 7.5kg Elite Grey washing machine (Invoice SOA239374741346) installed on 15 Oct 2025. The machine fails to detect clothes in auto mode and starts washing as if empty.
