@KatTimpf Yes, this listing is real. Yes, the house has 1 bath, and poor insulation, so it is drafty in the winter, the AC likely can't keep up in the summer. It is 40 miles (40 minutes) from the nearest metro area that has good paying jobs. There is nothing wrong with living like this.
