How may clinicians use these results?
Haloperidol is safe in ICU-pts with delirium and likely beneficial as 90-d mortality was lower in the haloperidol group
The planned Bayesian analysis, long-term follow-up and systematic review of all trials will further inform decisions

Conclusion: Among acutely admitted, adult patients with delirium in the ICU, haloperidol did not result in more days alive and out of hospital at 90 days, but mortality was lower in the haloperidol group.
