@hudbuggg also i love connor. and hudson. just feel the need to say that but there are bigger things in the world & they'll be fine but palestinians esp in Gaza prob will not
@hudbuggg I was more critical of hudson & the possibility of ttt cos he's known to be well-read & politically aware/conscious but connor? who says he doesn't read? and not online? where does he get his politics from
@PrismaticNyx@81R0ZAN0V it's the way it's said like oh she's an israeli-american director but dw she's pro-palestine & the receipts are standing together
Sorry yall but alma har'el platforming the group “standing together,” which has been heavily criticized by the BDS movement, does not mean she is not a Zionist. BDS states that their emphasis on “shared empathy” implies an equal share of responsibility between Israelis and Palestinians and the Palestinian Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel (PACBI) called it an “Israeli normalization outfit.” It’s a both sides cop out that liberal Zionists platform to appear accommodating and understanding of Palestinians without fully committing to a free Palestine.
