@THEOUTNET horrendous service. My order is still sitting somewhere for over a week. Despite me sending numerous emails and 3 phone calls with promises of getting back to me with updates, I've heard nothing. WORST SERVICE EVER. God I hate having to go online, but this is the worst
Absolutely loving @TheBoldTypeTV Brilliant, funny and important conversations. But why oh why do the characters have to be drinking alcohol all the time. Normalising daily drinking and now feel that I cannot encourage my 3 daughters to watch such a great and important show.

@kimswead@AppleSupport But there must be a legal case for wrongful purchasing by a minor. I know in the US there have been lots of legal cases on this and believe me, if @AppleSupport don't sort this, I'll be getting every London lawyer I know looking into this for me 😡
My 10 yr old daughter un-knowingly racked up a huge bill of over £1.5k on in-app purchases during lockdown. Took my claim up with @AppleSupport who explained that as it was a minor accident, I would have 90 days of these payments I could claim back. I waited and waited.
@kimswead@AppleSupport I was told that we have 90 days to claim back and then after hours of making my claim and me having to chase it up, @AppleSupport told me they refused it but gave to explanation and hadn't bothered to contact me to let me know. I know we need to have parental controls on
@ConlethKane@AppleSupport I know. My daughter wanted to give me all her money on her piggy bank, she was so upset. She has no idea and I had my eye off the ball during a crazy few months of lockdown. But so disappointed with @AppleSupport
