@Sparky_Ninja It is as close to the origin of the incoming supply to the building with the main switch off. It has been running fine and since the bad weather it’s now not. I was instructed to turn a lift back on but before I did checked for voltage and it seems it isn’t right….

@jwflame hi I’ve got a 3 phase incoming supply with nominal voltage across all three phases to neutral and earth (240v) .. L1-L2 415v L1-L3 415v L2-L3 0v and N-E 0v. Can u advise what this might be? Also main switch off. As close to origin as possible.
