@AppleSupport why did my airpods suddenly stop informing me of a phone call? And especially when im on another line, they don’t even notify me there is a second line calling. So frustrating, caused me so many issues already as I didn’t pick up calls when I had airpods in my ears

@Bell_Support after my most recent experience with service installation for my grandmother, and todays chat with manager Carlos refusing to help me and laughing at me and hanging up - I will be cancelling all services at my home and my grandmothers. This is not how you treat us.
