@jimmykimmel Seriously? "teeth like a meth addict..."??? Stigmatizing language like this is not acceptable and contributes to stigma around people with substance use disorder. Do better. And @KellyRipa@RyanSeacrest your lack of calling him out on this is also not acceptable.
Come on in, grab a cup of coffee or something cool to drink. Grab something from the resource table and get some supplies or support while you are here. We can't wait to see you! https://t.co/NMjgseAjru via @FacebookWatch
@JeffJacksonNC We need SAFE affordable housing . Some housing that is affordable, but unsafe due to condition, location, or situation. Thank you @JeffJacksonNC for being the voice of the people.
About to take the final vote to approve the first COVID relief bill for NC. The senate and house both passed their own versions, then came together and compromised to produce a joint bill that makes a good first step. More to come!
@IyanlaVanzant watching the Le'Andria Johnson episode. Respectfully ask that you stop using "addict". It is an extremely stigma-filled word. The proper term is "person w/ substance use disorder", or "person w/ alcohol use disorder".
