Disproportionate Assets (DA) investigations should not end with seizure of cash, gold, land and properties.
Every rupee of illegal wealth has a source. If a public servant possesses assets far beyond known sources of income, investigators must identify:
1. Who paid the bribes?
2. Which contractors, developers, middlemen or private individuals financed the illegal assets?
3. Were there benami holders or shell entities involved?
4. Which official decisions, permissions or contracts generated the illegal proceeds?
5. Whether offences under anti-corruption, money laundering, tax and benami laws are also attracted.
Merely recovering disproportionate assets is only one part of the investigation. Following the money trail and prosecuting the bribe givers, facilitators and beneficiaries is equally important to dismantle the corruption ecosystem.
I request the Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau to conduct comprehensive financial investigations in every DA case so that both the public servants and all persons who financed or facilitated the illegal enrichment are brought to justice, wherever the evidence supports such action.
Corruption cannot be eradicated by arresting only the receiver; the entire network behind the illegal wealth must be exposed.

"The bitterest pill to swallow isn’t physical pain. It’s the sudden absence of someone who genuinely wants to listen to you." 💔
At 96, Clint Eastwood shattered our comfortable illusions about growing old, refusing to sugarcoat the harsh truth. He brought his trademark grit to a topic most people prefer to avoid, painting a stark, unflinching picture of what happens when a human being approaches a century of existence.
"The light hurts your eyes, and even breathing can feel like hard work," Eastwood shared. "Your body just doesn't cooperate the way it used to, and every step requires a strategy."
But the structural decline of the body is merely the surface. The real weight of extreme old age is emotional.
Once you cross into your nineties, your social landscape undergoes a profound transformation:
The people who shared your youth, your inside jokes, and your struggles have vanished.
The circle of familiar faces shrinks to almost nothing.
The phone stops ringing, and the pace of the days slows to a crawl.
When the present becomes isolated, the mind seeks refuge in the past. Eastwood explained that navigating through old memories isn't mental weakness—it's a vital search for continuity.
"You find yourself repeating stories, adding details, not to convince anyone, but just to feel like you’re still connected to something," Eastwood admitted. "You try to pass things down to the younger generation, even when you can see the boredom in their eyes."
We live in a culture that treats longevity like a trophy, while totally ignoring the crushing loneliness that accompanies that survival. We praise the shiny, the fast, and the hyper-connected, leaving no space for the slow rhythm of the very old.
Clint Eastwood may be a cinematic giant, but his words speak for every anonymous 90-year-old sitting at our family dinner tables. They are the living libraries of our history.
The wrinkles on their faces aren't just signs of aging—they are a beautiful roadmap of a life fully lived. Slow down. Put away the distractions. It is a privilege to sit by their side and just listen. 🕊️✨

An IAS couple who owned assets worth, 3151% of their income.
> IAS Arvind Joshi and IAS Tinoo Joshi from MP
> IT raid recovered 3cr cash from their house in 2010
> Case of Disproportionate Assets worth 150 to 300 crore
> Dismissed from service in 2014 (retirement year)
>Shri Arvind joshi died in 2022 (case still going on)
> No conviction, no significant time spent in jail.
Why there are no special fast track courts for such cases ?
💯
I say the same thing. Things are not perfect in the US (no where they are), and of course there are preferential treatments and there are biases — but it’s still way more merit based than most other places. If you have hardcore work ethic, and you build smth useful, you have a good shot of winning the long game.
After Pearl Harbour on 7 th December 1941 the US persevered till they obtained the unconditional surrender of Japan in 1945.
Post 9/11 the US chased the Al Qaeda and the Taliban to the gates of hell and back for twenty years including neutralising Osama bin Laden in Abbottabad in Pakistan in 2011 .
From 2003 -13 the House of Saud fought a secret war inside Saudi Arabia against the Al Qaeda before driving the remnants to Yemen and other places in the Middle East .
From 1999-2009 Russia fought a brutal campaign against Chechen separatists before finally triumphing.
The fight against terror requires firmness and steadfastness and the national resolve to stay the course.
How can people forget the Baisaran ( Pahalgam ) Massacre within 14 months ?
And the countless similar atrocities perpetrated over the past four decades that were state sponsored by Pakistan.
To some folks it seems that the misty eyed romanticism of a dialogue with Pakistan is far more important than the lives of innocent Indian Tourists who were identified on the basis of their faith and slaughtered in cold blood by terrorists who came from Pakistan.
Which is that invisible hand that is incentivising the push for a pseudo normalisation with Pakistan without any verifiable guarantees that Pakistan will dismantle the Military- Jehadi Complex ( MJC) they have spawned over the past 55 years?

The whole country should know what is happening in Haryana...
This is one of the biggest bureaucratic corruption cases to emerge from Haryana in recent years.
Three senior IAS officers have been arrested. Several more IAS officers are reportedly under the scanner.
Those arrested are among the state's most influential and powerful bureaucrats.
According to investigators, government funds worth 590rs crore were allegedly siphoned off in collusion with private bank employees.
Arrested so far:
1. IAS RK Singh – Then Commissioner, Panchkula Municipal Corporation (Arrested: June 18)
2. IAS Pankaj Agarwal – Principal Secretary, School Education & Agriculture Departments (Arrested: June 23)
3. IAS Pradeep Kumar – Member Secretary, Haryana State Pollution Control Board (Arrested: June 30)
A pending file never triggers an inquiry. A decision does.
So capable officers stop deciding. It isn’t cowardice — it’s arithmetic.
I call it the Fear Tax.

Guess what happens when you allow Chinese auto companies with their scale and muscle to bulldoze your nation’s auto industry without tariffs and control!
Rural Andhra Pradesh may as well be top 10 places in the country in beauty and quality of infra🤯
How did they manage to built better roads than UPEIDA or NHAI in HILLS, damn.
India knows this pain too well — J&K saw illegal aggression & decades of terror with zero UN accountability. The article nails it: the UN confuses bloc voting with justice. India should lead the charge for a new global order. Outdated 1945 system has failed the multipolar world.
Excellent piece by Dr Gauri Shankar Gupta:

Russia has the longest-range air-to-air missile in the world.
It has been firing it at Ukrainian planes for four years, many of them old and barely defended. And by the account of a serving Russian colonel, writing in his own ministry's journal, it has scored only a handful of kills.
That failure is the most useful thing India can study right now. Because India is reportedly about to spend $1.2 billion on a long-range Russian missile of its own, to answer Pakistan's Chinese PL-15.
The colonel's point is that the missile was never the problem.
Western intelligence warns Ukrainian pilots the instant a Russian jet launches. Those few seconds are enough for them to turn and run, which halves the missile's reach. The weapon works exactly as designed. The target simply sees it coming.
Sameer Joshi, a former IAF Mirage pilot, explains the flip side. A missile's range is really three numbers:
- what the brochure claims, against a target flying straight
- the much shorter reach, against one that turns and runs
- the small bubble up close, where running no longer helps
Which number you actually get depends on one thing — whether a sensor network is quietly feeding your fighter the enemy's position, so it can shoot without ever switching on its own radar.
In Joshi's modelling, the PL-15 kills 80% of the time when the network is there. Without it, 44%.
And this is where the real gap shows up.
Pakistan has bought the missile and the network together — the Chinese fighters, the ground radars, the early-warning planes, even live Chinese help during Operation Sindoor.
India is buying the missile and hoping the network turns up later. It flies six ageing early-warning aircraft to Pakistan's nine, with no new ones likely before the late 2030s.
A longer-range missile, dropped into that gap, fixes nothing. The real contest in modern air combat is between sensor networks. The missile is just the part everyone can see.

Even if defence forces do any wrong , I would still defend them and have empathy with them .
They operate in extremely challenging conditions and it is rare that they err ! Not like the babus who are in secure air conditioned environment and removed from ground reality !
This Disgruntled Journalist who is Fond of making Fictitious Stories trying to Defame the Army whom the Army has Also maintained distance after Kargil War. Allegedly he approached the Army but the Army Didn’t entertain him, hence he is disgruntled and now busy manipulating Stories trying to Defame the Army. His Agenda Driven Journalism is single minded focussed on Targeting the Army and Raising Questions on Army’s Operations and Conduct by showing Half baked Facts and Information. Even during #OperationSindoor he was Peddling his Agenda. Just days before Pahalgam Terror Attack there was a Serious Provocation by Some Separatist Leaders against the Company Commander of 58 RR. This person raised Questions on the Conduct of the Company Commander a Major Rank officer of 58 RR who was sincerely performing his duties. He needs opportunity to speak against the Army and Flaunting his Kargil Coverage he does that.
