@GWRHelp Will Gwr be putting on any onward travel eg bus or taxi from Swindon to Kemble?thank you

[Olivia Wallis @olivia_gwallis]

@GWRHelp hi I have an anytime return from Cookham to Kemble. Trains are delayed with no estimates from Reading to Kemble. Can I get service from Reading to Swindon instead using my
ticket?

[Olivia Wallis @olivia_gwallis]

@GWRHelp Great thank you.

@LNRailway Hi - are services running between Euston and Milton Keynes central please, or delayed/stopped?

[Olivia Wallis @olivia_gwallis]

@AvantiWestCoast Or are their lines also blocked? Thank you.

[Olivia Wallis @olivia_gwallis]

@AvantiWestCoast Hi - is there ticket acceptance in place with West Midlands trains?

[Olivia Wallis @olivia_gwallis]

@marksandspencer hi - I’ve just tried to purchase the Bertie table lamp and when I get to checkout it says out of stock, do you know if this item will be coming back in? Thanks!

[Olivia Wallis @olivia_gwallis]

@LNRailway Thank you much appreciated!

[Olivia Wallis @olivia_gwallis]

Hi do you have ticket acceptance in place with avanti for services from MKC to Euston pls? I have a ticket through to Kemble and won’t make my connection at Paddington if I use my booked train the 17.05. Can I get an earlier avanti service departing MKC? LNR services are delayed

[London Northwestern Railway @LNRailway]

📢 #LNRUPDATE 1 - All lines reopened through Birmingham New St

⚠️ Delays and alterations to be expected all evening whilst the service recovers

[Olivia Wallis @olivia_gwallis]

@LNRailway Ok thank you! It’s an advanced ticket. I will try to get the previous LNR service (16:49) looks to be departing delayed at 17:04 currently

@DacorumBC Hi - I’ve looked and it doesn’t have info on this. Items like tubes that are made of single material PP5. Some councils recycle this, but it doesn’t say on your sites; Are you able to find out? Thanks

[Olivia Wallis @olivia_gwallis]

@DacorumBC hi - can I put plastic no.5 (PP) in my blue recycling bin? Thank you

[Olivia Wallis @olivia_gwallis]

@RoyalMailHelp Hi - do you have a rubber band recycling scheme?:)

[Olivia Wallis @olivia_gwallis]

@LNRailway hi my 17.27 from mkc to BKM is cancelled - can I get the 17.17 to Watford junction and then travel back to BKM? I have an anytime return

[Olivia Wallis @olivia_gwallis]

@LNRailway The 8.30 to London Euston also says cancelled due to points failure which is what made me think the line had an issue. Thanks.

[Olivia Wallis @olivia_gwallis]

@LNRailway hi - with points failures are you anticipating the 9.17 from BKM to MKC to be delayed or cancelled?

[Olivia Wallis @olivia_gwallis]

@LNRailway Thank you for the info

[Olivia Wallis @olivia_gwallis]

@LNRailway Ah ok. As services are delayed the other way (towards London Euston) I thought there was a line issue?

[Olivia Wallis @olivia_gwallis]

@LNRailway Hi Jonty - the previous train is cancelled due to points failure
