Absolutely crazy that @EurostarUK @Eurostar have not reprimanded their employee for stealing from loyal customers. So disappointing that hundreds of pounds are spent on overpriced tickets and Eurostar don’t have the decency to do the right thing. Shameful and disgusting behaviour

It’s been nearly a week since my AirPods were stolen by a @Eurostar staff member, I’ve sent Eurostar screenshots of the location every day since. From Saint Denis, to Gard Du Nord back to Saint Denis… every day… still no reply #eurostar #thieves
