@ben_perreira And oh, to not be afraid of being wrong. Being ok with failure seems very important imo. That will allow you to test your way forward and iterate until you find the solution.
@ben_perreira I know curiosity gets mentioned a lot. But I wonder if it’s a bit more than that? I think the ability to doubt things in a helpful way is essential. To highlight problems others don’t notice, in order to land a more unexpected solution. Having an outsider perspective, basically.
