I know a number of people in the world are supporting the Free Palestine movement. They believe that Hamas are “Freedom Fighters” or “Resistance”. But I’m wondering if those people are paying attention. Are you paying attention to what Hamas has done? The brutality of October 7th? The savagery with which they murdered as many innocent people as they could? Burning them alive. Throwing grenades at them. Shooting them in front of their loved ones. Raping them.

I know, for many of you, your initial response will be “that never happened”. It did. Hamas admitted to it, forensics support it, survivors and hostages have testified to it. It all happened. Every single bit of it. And more. Much more.

Have you listened to what Hamas has been saying? Have you listened to what their supporters and the entire “Free Palestine” movement have been saying? They’ve been calling for Oct 7 over and over and over again. Not only in Israel. Everywhere. They’ve been calling for a global Intifada. A global violent uprising. Global. Not just in Israel. Not just in the Middle East. Everywhere.

Including your country. Your city. Wherever it is you live. That’s what “global” means.

Do you know what it would mean to have an Oct 7 where you live? To have communities attacked by savage barbarians, who storm in with machine guns and knives? Who viciously rape women? Who slit their shins so they can’t run away? Who corner families in rooms and throw grenades inside? Who light fire to cars with people in them, burning them alive?

Can you imagine the blood-bath? Walls of homes covered in blood? Bodies strewn everywhere? Bodies of parents on top of their children, trying to protect them, trying to save them?

And how about people being kidnapped? People you know? People you care about? Elderly? Children? Toddlers? Can you imagine that? Having them held hostage by terrorists? No visits from the Red Cross or any other organizations to check on their health, their well-being? No knowledge or information if they’re alive, or dead?

Can you imagine that happening in London? In Sydney? In Athens? In Munich? In Toronto? In Los Angeles? In Brussels? In Amsterdam? In Montreal? In New York? In Paris?

As you are imagining it, are you only imagining it’s Jewish people? Jewish deaths? Rapes of Jewish women? Kidnapping of Jewish children?

Don’t.

Imagine it’s anyone. Everyone. Anyone that isn’t a Muslim Extremist.

On Oct 7, they didn’t stop to ask if someone was Jewish. They didn’t stop to ask if someone was Israeli. They didn’t stop at all. They acted exactly like who they are – vicious, savage, blood-thirsty beasts, who wanted to kill in the most savage ways possible.

This is what they’ve said they want to do. This is what they’ve said they’re going to do.

Are you OK with that?

Because every time you wave a Palestinian flag, or scream “Free Palestine”, or yell “genocide” or say “open air prison” or help spread their propaganda in any other way, or remain silent, you are saying you’re OK with that.

And you are absolutely supporting more Oct 7ths. Globally. And that includes the city you’re in.
