One punch can kill.

This week is One Punch Awareness Week. Many of you will know this is a cause very close to my heart after my dad was killed by a single punch back in 2007.

This picture was taken about six months before he died. He was only 35. Now that I’ve entered my 30s, it feels even more staggering just how young he was when his life was taken.

One punch totally ripped our lives upside down, all because of a split second decision and one thoughtless action.

A single punch can change lives forever. Please join me in marking this week and raising awareness of the damage one punch can do. #OnePunchCanKill

@edfenergy We’ve received final bill with accompanying info saying “you shld receive refund within 6-8 weeks of you switching”. So we should expect it within 10 days? If so, great and thx - but you might let yr customer services call centre know as they stuck rigidly to the 6-8 weeks line
