Africa’s youth bulge can fuel innovation. Nigeria sends 350k grads to #NYSC yearly, yet soft-skill gaps remain. SWIT is launching an 8-week Pre-Fellowship for prospective NYSC members in Southwest Nigeria. Final 20 fellows will be unveiled soon.
