@natfriedman Will Copilot implement the same prompt interface as ChatGPT? I had both of them on and discovered they both tended to suggest the same code changes but gpt was better because one could iteratively refine the output - not figured how to do that with Copilot yet.

@ChrisAlvino @azeemmohd @chompie1337 I think RPC transport may have recently become more popular with the proliferation of microservices backends. Since you worked mostly on the frontend, it may not be as common. You are more likely to encounter it on the FE when talking to say JSON-RPC blockchain nodes over HTTP

@m_a_y_o_w_a The CEO was probably trying to crowdsource engineering ideas while simultaneously gaining public points as a technical CEO. Would normally be a nice play in a niche tech area like EVs where the audience usually don't have much experience.

@elonmusk @sampullara While it's true there might be bloatware as is common with microservices, it's also a common symptom of when you have new engineers on the team who underestimated how much work was involved in building a system like twitter and are now befuddled with the complexity they face

@elonmusk @sampullara This is really going to be interesting. Anyone who has worked extensively with microservices know that you don't just tinker with them in production and then 👀 what happens. Critical outage from data loss can occur if they are tightly coupled and the system is not very resilient
