The page only has an option to download template but no active space to upload documents after populating. Customer service is line is never available. And then you want companies to file smoothly.

So @MaxAirLtd got people stranded at the port yesterday for over 24hrs without any formal communication as to why Lagos-Abuja flight could not be achievable. by 2am today they were rather transferred to Kano still wthout ascertaining their plan for final departure @FAAN_Official

I am not so sure these airlines are well regulated @FAAN_Official it appears they own the game without any form of monitoring. Holding people for over 24hrs without any form of information. Of course because they 🤷🏽‍♀️ care. They are all for making money and not to serve the people
