Rooney being the neutral voice of reason was something I'd never expected

Apart from the stonewall penalty on Madueke, 3 other decisions were also bizarre -

1 - Blowing for half time when Arsenal were clearly setting up for the corner in extra time before the stoppage time was up. Never seen this before in my 10 years of watching football. Referees either blow the whistle right after the ball goes out or let the corner play

2 - Mosquera yellow card for no reason nor without a warning

3 - Stopping the play for give Rice a yellow card for complaining. Was the yellow deserved? Sure, Rice was (rightfully) being over the top. But referees are supposed to allow the stoppage to happen naturally before brandishing a yellow for that silly reason
