I've never seen such bearish sentiment with a setup like this:

1. Nasdaq ISE is moving to raise the IBIT options cap to 1 million contracts.

This helps open the door for much larger institutional positioning and deeper liquidity. You don’t raise limits unless real demand is there. Bullish on this one.

2. JPMorgan just filed a 1.5x Bitcoin note tied to BlackRock’s IBIT.

A lot of us have mixed emotions on JP, but at the end of the day, this is TradFi packaging leverage for clients who want more BTC exposure. Banks don’t build these products for fun.

3. A new U.S. banking rule may lower capital charges on Treasuries.

That frees up balance sheet space for banks and adds system liquidity. When the pipes open up, assets down the line usually feel it. Also great news.

4. The U.S. dollar just logged its biggest weekly drop since July.

A softer dollar usually loosens financial conditions globally, and when the dollar slips, assets like Bitcoin tend to breathe a little easier.

5. The odds of a December Fed rate cut are now at 83–85%.

Lower rates usually mean easier money and better conditions for risk assets. That backdrop tends to favor Bitcoin whether people like it or not.

6. Bitcoin reclaiming the short-term holder cost basis near $85,500 is a big deal.

It means a lot of recent buyers are back in the green, panic selling cools off, and the market finally gets some breathing room to rebuild momentum.
